A small introduction

Hello there!

My name is Zoya and i’m 13 years old and live in The Netherlands.
In this blog i will talk about mental disorders/illnesses particulary social anxiety, wich is very common to get.
A little more about that later.
With this blog i want to tell my own expriences with social anxiety and mental disorders/illnesses and i want to inform other people on mental illnesses.
It’s really important that more people know about mental illnesses because everybody can have it.
On my next blogpost i will talk about what axiety is.
So if you have questions, i will answer them in the next post.
